The Northern Exposure Log Futon frame is a true northern lodge design that adds a rustic look to a functional piece of furniture. Constructed of pine, the arms are heavy with a 6” diameter that are mortised and tenoned together to give a true log look. Each piece has its own character as no two trees grow the same, the different knots and cracks are also unique to each piece. This futon is available in both clear lacquer and honey pine finish. Most Larger items will be delivered by Motor Freight Truck, with Curbside Delivery Service and will take 5-10 days in transit. Occasionally, if you live in a very rural or inaccessible area, Free Delivery will not be available to your home. If this is the rare case we can work with the Trucking Company to arrange for you to pick up your order at a local terminal free of charge, or we can arrange for an inline carrier to deliver to your home at an additional charge. Please notify us in advance if your address is inaccessible to a Freight Truck and we will work with you to find alternate solutions.
When items ship motor freight, in most cases you will be notified 24 hours in advance of you scheduled delivery date and time. All items must be inspected for damage prior to signing the freight bill. If the driver will not wait for you to inspect the shipment please write on the freight bill: "driver will not wait to inspect for damage". Failure to do so may prohibit us from being able to replace the damaged pieces at no charge to you.
