A by-product of the log home industry, the material in our furniture is a renewable and environmentally safe resource. Since cedar is naturally resistant to rot and insect infestation, you may be assured of many years of useful service. The natural finish will darken to a silvery gray when left outside to weather. However, a quality exterior grade penetrating sealer may be used for added protection and to maintain the bright appearance if desired.

Each log chair is shipped complete in its own carton and partially assembled, with full instructions and hardware included for easy final assembly completion.

Optional Wood finishes You may choose an outdoor finish/stain.

Color options include:

Natural - unfinished cedar - will weather to a pretty silvery gray over time.
Cedar Tone – a finish that brings out the natural highlights of the cedar wood adding a touch more of cedar color to the wood.
Clear finish - clear finish helps preserve original color.
Optional finishes will need to be maintained periodically.

Some smaller items ship via FedEx or UPS Ground and take 5 business days in transit.

Most Larger items will be delivered by Motor Freight Truck, with Curbside Delivery Service and will take 5-10 days in transit. Lift-gate Service, Indoor Delivery or White Glove Services are not included but may be available in select areas for an additional charge. Please call to inquire (866) 564-3876.

Occasionally, if you live in a very rural or inaccessible area, Free Delivery will not be available to your home. If this is the rare case we can work with the Trucking Company to arrange for you to pick up your order at a local terminal free of charge, or we can arrange for an inline carrier to deliver to your home at an additional charge. Please notify us in advance if your address is inaccessible to a Freight Truck and we will work with you to find alternate solutions.

When items ship motor freight, in most cases you will be notified 24 hours in advance of you scheduled delivery date and time. All items must be inspected for damage prior to signing the freight bill. If the driver will not wait for you to inspect the shipment please write on the freight bill: "driver will not wait to inspect for damage". Failure to do so may prohibit us from being able to replace the damaged pieces at no charge to you.
